“Veterinarians should take full advantage of
the latest and most advanced medical technology
in order to optimize practice growth and to
ensure that the best possible care is provided
to patients.”

Dr. Licari practiced in two busy emergency
practices in Long Island, N.Y., before joining
the Fox Valley Animal Referral Center in 1996
as a founding partner and co-director of the
Department of Emergency and Critical Care.
He is also a partner in Horizon Veterinary Services
and is intimately involved in the network of Horizon hospitals.

Dr. Licari has been an integral part of the planning, design and development of Horizon practices. In particular, his expertise in the integration of quality medical systems and technology has created highly efficient communication protocols and contributes greatly to our ability to offer the most current diagnostic services to pet owners.
